but doesnt run too well. I had timing set right and the headers got cherry red. Also I pulled my pass valve cover and damn near all the rockers were loose. LOUD as hell though It set off my car alarm on the GP with running through the mufflers.

Rockers were loose? Are you running hydraulic lifters on that engine? If so, were they primed before you installed them?

What mods have you done to the engine? Cam? Are the heads aluminum? What's your base timing, and how much total timing are you running at idle? Whos chip are you using?

Here are the mode. Trick Flow Al Heads. Xtreme 218/224 .496/.503 112 LSA. I got it running good tongiht. The timing was way advance so I moved it back to base 6* and my valves were too tight. I adjusted them the old fashion way with the car running and this time it was good. i let it run for about 10 minutes. BL's are 127/128 and the O2 is from .090 to .790. BTW I'm running the stock chip still. I'm looking forward to getting it runner even better MJT with one of your custom chips :)
Sweet! Whenever you're ready to get something going, just let me know.

I messed around even more today. I let everythign warm up before I set my stuff. Timing was at 3* so I moved it up to 8*. I set the IAC to 750 and it idles nicely. Set tps to .54 and I let if run for about 15 minutes. Let everything get going. It sucked down another 1/2 gallon of coolant and held steady so thats good. i also feltt he PCV valve and I have strong vacume I even hooked up my Boost/Vac guage and it was showing 12-15 HG. but the car was still kinda of choppy not due to the cam. i looked underneigth and one plug was was burnt WHITE all the way and the wires were dangling out. so thats not good. Good thing I used old wires.
