How big are the injectors on 305 and 350 TBI engines?
Are they a typical Bosch injector inside that pod or is the pod the entire injector?

Sorry for the odd questions but I'm trying to convert my twin turbo 440 to EFI. I'm going to need BIG injectors and the TBI/CFI setups had the big stuff in 'em.
So far, the Ferd 55 lb injectors are the best bet but I'm still shopping around.
BTW... I need to fuel 800+ crank hp (650+ wheel hp).

Thanks in advance!

The TBI on the l03 pumped in around 450-500 cfm. There was no TBI on the 350 engines. You may be thinking about TPI instead? If you went straight from a carb to EFI, TBI would be an easier conversion. Holley makes a 670, 1000 and 2000 cfm version of the throttle body, as well as adapter plates for your manifold.

I appreciate the info but TBI isn't going to cut it for my application.
I was trying to figure out the injector sizes so I could scrounge some at the yards. TBI units generally have large injectors and I was hping to retro them onto my intake. Hopefully these 55 lb units I picked up will support my power. If not, I've still got 4 bosch 40 lb units that can be used under boost.
It's not easy to fuel 650+ rwhp on the cheap, but I'm trying!

This has been a seriously low-dollar project and I've gotta keep it that way.
I've got the harness, controller, and now the injectors (got 'em less than an hour ago). At this point, I need to build a throttle body and modify an intake. Fuel rails will need to be made as well.
