Photo Guru's, HELP!!!

Why is it that when I take a picture THIS (http://www.TransAmGTA.com/Pic1.jpg) size and shrink it down to THIS (http://www.TransAmGTA.com/Pic2.jpg) size the quality turns to complete shit???

I'm using a 2.1 Megapixel camera and the original size pic is decent quality, is it the software I use of what???

It looks alot beter with photoshop. I guess it was my software, you get what you pay for :D I have a "backup" of Photo Shop 5.0 but when I tried to install it on my new computer the serial number wouldn't work even though it did on my old computer. Can someone email me thier serial number to try on my copy of 5???

It keeps telling me that mine isn't a valid Photoshop serial number :(

Your using Photoshop 5? I run 6, which is quite a bit better, but, I think I have a serial, or crack for 5 laying around somewhere. Which do you need?

I need an actual serial number because it won't even let me install the program without it, or you could just give me 6 :D
