Cop never showed in court.....now i have to reschedule and go back...WTF...

I thought if the cop doesnt show you have the trial in his presence and you almost always win your case. Why am I getting screwed over? It was a careless driving offense BTW

one of my court dates was rescheduled twice pour moi. it is done at MY convenience. my vacation will not be interrupted by my writing someone a ticket.

i guess i "requested" it by pleading not guilty on the back of the ticket. Do you think the judge will let me go w/ no points just the fine? ANy tips that will help? ANY AT ALL?

bad move in your case. i usually get a good deal by begging the prosecutor for a deferred judication and small fine.
