Ok picture this, a main road (one way), and a street that intersects it with two stop signs. if two cars come to the stop signs, one stops at the sign first and is going to turn left onto the one way street, the other car stops second and is going straight. who gets the right-of-way? i should already know this but i'm not sure, i was thinking it was the guy that stops first. just asking because i came within inches of smacking the guy because he pulled out too.

at a stop sign intersection, the person reaching the stop sign first has the right of way. if you both stop at the same time, the person to your right has the right of way.

If he had hit you and you wouldn't have had a witness to back up your story, you would have been at fault.

Heres my only question about 4 ways...
if two people arrive at the same time both coming from opposite directions --> <--
who has the right away assuming no one is turning?
i usually wait untill the other car is halfway through the intersection, too many dumbass's dont know how to use a turn signal

*just testing out the mod powers.. no content changed.*
