I stopped a car due to regional related traffic warrants showing on the license plates. As I walk up to the car, I contact the driver. He leans over to get his insurance when what do I see in his shirt's breast pocket?

TC, what do you do in Texas with these type of people? Our jails are so over crowded that if it is anything an ounce and under it is usually a confiscation/Cite and release.

Might be changing now that we have a new jail to fill.

We pop them for any usable amount. This is TEXAS! He only had 5.9 g's, but that's plenty to get a conviction here.
