heres the story...
I was caught spinning my wheels around a turn back in december and got a careless driving ticket. the cop suggested i plead not guilty otherwise he said i will get 6pts, 6 month suspension, and have to take classes or some shit...but anyways...i goto court on the 6th of March and was wondering if it is possible for me to lose my liscense for this offense(it's my first ever)...and if so is there anything i can do that might help me win my case or lessen the charges???
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

I'm not a cop but I really don't think too much will happen just for spinning your wheels. I've have heard of people getting caught doing brake torques and keeping their licenses. I would'nt worry about it.

does your state have a probationary period after you get your license ? if youre still in it you might be in trouble. if not, take a driver safety course and bring proof/certificate to the judge. it would show your trying to become a better driver......

When i went to court over my ticket the judge thier was giving everyone the max fine he could wether they pleaded guiltyor not guilty, if they pleaded not guilty and argued with the judge, the judge would just yell at them, about had one guy crying.
I was like the only one that pleaded guilty, and i was truthful as possible.
Judge: Mr. means, you were clocked going 55 in a 45, how do you plead.
Me: guilty
Judge http://www.3rdgen.org/ubb/frown.giflooks at me) Why were you speeding.
Me: I was running late for work.
Judge: (said something like) you could have ran over kids, theirs a school near by.
Me: Im sorry.
Judge. that will be 2 points, $50 fine, thanks for purchasing saftey.
Me: thanks! http://www.3rdgen.org/ubb/smile.gif http://www.3rdgen.org/ubb/frown.gif

What an @$$hole! If I knew I were going to meet a judge like that I would have come ready to go to trial and at least prove something. And if he doesn't like that then theres always the ability to appeal. He's a judge, by law has to rule justly or there's another court above him who will.
87 Formula 350, you'll be asked how you want to plead, say not guilty and ask to speak to the court prosecutor. You can work out a deal with him, all the court system really wants out of you is money. Throw more money at them and they'll give you more slack. You might be able to work it down to something like a two point ticket with hefty fines, but thats better than SIX, trust me, insurance surcharges in NJ are calculated even from points that AREN'T actively counted anymore towards losing your license; once they come off, the surcharges can be calculated for up to three years previous violations and they're expensive.
Wear a suit, impress the judge and prosecutor (it did for me for my speeding and improper passing) and be polite to everybody. Don't be nervous, talk with ease, practice. You'll be fine. Good luck.

i would try going up to the judge, grabbing your crotch with one hand, giving the longhorn sign with the other and say "get on this you big jackass!"
ok, maybe it wouldn't work too good, but at least you'd be able to say you tried everything.
