Having a headlight out if I've got 2 fog lamps on? All white lights, but I'd have 3 on instead of 4. Does the law just say you need at least 2 forward facing white lights on oppposite sides of the car or is there a height requirement or something?

As for an 84' Mustang, do you think it actually is a real Mustang. HOpefully you know when it says Mustang on it thats all it does, just SAYS Mustang. It has no such image to make it go fast or look cool. A girlfriend will take care of that for ya'. Good luck.

dont hold me to it, but i think every light on the outside of a vehicle must be in working order if it's used. meaning headlights have to work, turnsignals, tail lights, park lights, but not foglights. get me? my dad told me this once when i asked about all the lights on the big rigs. back me up, po-po's!

Yes you can. Fog lights are considered "auxiliary lights" under the legal definitions. I see people all the time driving with just their fog lights on, thinking they're meeting the legal requirement. They're quite surprised when they find me at their window.

In Oklahoma, you are allowed the two normal headlights & both must be working or you can be stopped. The extra fog lights or aux lights yellow, blue, white or whatever must be turned off whenever you are with 300 ft of oncoming traffic. Drivers are shocked when they get stopped for this, but from what I have seen, some of the fog lights are as bright or brighter than 4 headlights.

The yellow aux lights have to be turned off within 300 ft of oncomming traffic?? You CAN'T do that, they come on w/ the headlights, same with most foglight systems!
