The snow that is. It started late last night but it didn't get heavy until this morning. And it hasn't stopped since, sometimes heavy at times. Brian told me earlier in the morning that as of then, he hadn't seen a flake. I would say around 6-8 inches on the ground now and now the wind is picking up. I took some pics. The first shot is yesterday afternoon before all of this began. What a difference...

More here... http://community.webshots.com/album/27997194GxkLVgWgkq

[ 12-29-2001: Message edited by: My1stCamaro92RS ]

I didn't see a flake until mid day here. Around 3 or so it started snowing lightly in Cleveland, but other than that all clear out west.

[ 12-29-2001: Message edited by: 2camaros ]

one more... looking out the front window

edit: that's snow you see piling up on the window sill. We have about 10 inches so far and the winds aren't helping.

[ 12-29-2001: Message edited by: My1stCamaro92RS ]

Just under 2 feet, taken at about 5:15 in the evening. There's an additional 12 inches right now!

I'm still on the lighter side with maybe 14 inches. Hey Jay, how much have you gotten?

Channel 19 news was just broadcasting from the ice cream shop and showing the 18-24 inches at rte 2 and 535. Maybe I need to go out one more time with the yardstick lol

Hey Rob I sure hope you have a snowblower. If it keeps up we might have to come out there with snow shovels in hand and dig you guys out Edit: And as I might have expected, not even a dusting on the car this morning out here.

[ 12-30-2001: Message edited by: 2camaros ]

Well, we ended up with around 18 inches and 3 foot drifts in some places. I'm sure Nick and his family got more. I added more photos to the album.

Snow shots

Yeah, we got a whole boatload more. I don't know if my bro took any more pics this morning. We've shoveled our driveway 5 or 6 times now

Wow, guys... nice pics of the snowfall!

Unfortunately, we did not get much out here in Twinsburg - the kids are quite sad It's pretty damn cold, though!

You guys all have a great New Years Eve. From the looks of it, you east-siders will not be going too far though. Just have fun and be safe...

Mark
