If and only if, while watching channel 8 news, you see my name scroll across the bottom for having a tax refund available. "Shit, I wonder if Rob knows about this?," you exclaim. What methods of communication would you use to contact me? This is a serious question and I want only serious answers...Think about this real carefully please. Without much thought I came up with a dozen ways. The reason you ask? I 'may' explain one day but there's one party here that may know where I'm going with this.
