Omaha World of Wheels

The world of wheels show is April 6-9th is anyone planning on going? normally I might of entered the ol berly in the show but now that I'm waiting on my carb to come back that idea has been nixed. If anyone whos going wants to meet why don't you post a reply and lets get something togethor. Later... :D

AcSeb, If your talking about entering your Z in the show all you have to do is call the Omaha Civic Auditorium and get the number of the promoter. They will ask you to fill out a form and send in a non returnable picture of your car. They will then let you know if your car has been accepted into the show. I like doing these shows like this but be prepared as it's alot of work. Usually you go in and set up early Friday morning and spend a good portion of your day cleaning your car top to bottom, inside and out until it's immaculate. Then the show starts around 3:00 and you stay there until the show closes. Then you come back on Saturday give it another once over for the whole day and then you either stay there all day or you leave and come back on Sunday. Then Sunday you do one more good cleaning as this is usually the day the judges give it the final say and then the awards start around 4:00pm after the awards you pack up all of your crap and leave. It's kind of a weird feeling leaving your car there overnite for 2 days but if you win that big trophy it's all worth it.
