Chris, I have a dirty little secret. I once had a 2.8l V-6 in my 85 S-10. I loved that little engine so much that, when it started leaking, I pulled it out and had it completely remachined, heads reworked, a new cam and lifters and I totally rebuilt the entire thing -- back to stock specs. It was the most fun I've ever had building an engine. I understand why you love your V-6.
On that note, I don't understand why the fun posts keep getting locked, they're just V-6 discussion posts. AND I still think talking about a car you don't own yet is dorky.
