I was wonderin if a grand national turbo chager will fit on a 88 camaro w/ a 2.8 v6??

No. The 3.8 is a much larger engine. They do make superchargers for the 2.8 though. You can get a %30 gain in hp. It would be cheaper to put a small shot of nos on though.
