help!!! turn signals

I have a 1994 firebird and when i hit the left turn signals they light but dont blink. The right side works fine and so does the hazards. I replaced the bulbs and on the rear the left socket lights up 4x as bright as the right side does. General Motors put a bulletin out about the sockets having high resistance and causing various problems no turn signals, in general. I would check there first, look at the sockets they will look melted inside.

you need to replace your blinker fluid <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">

no j/k . i dont know. isnt there like a blinker relay or something. but maybe if that was out both wouldnt blink.
