Hi everybody,<br />I Installed a 1990 Camaro power antenna in my El Camino & can't get it to work at all. I used my volt meter per the factory specs and I'm getting power to the green & gray wires in the 3 plug connector under the hood. (this is good) but when I put 12 volts to the green wire on the antenna it does not work (this is bad!) The only thing I can think of is that there has to be a ground wire to the body some where, mine does not have this, and the bolts are insulated that hold the antenna to the fender. It is a new GM antenna. Anyone ever add or replace one of these? Must a ground strap be added to make it work? If so, where does the factory ground connect? It does not show any ground strap in the GM service manual that I have. Any help will be appriciated.<br />Thanks,<br />Dave Calhoun
