Trans Chirp

[95Formula]

I have a 95 Formula (Automatic) that (when under hard acceleration) will turn the tires going from 1st to 2nd, but after I hit 2nd, if I take my foot off the gas at almost the shift point to 3rd, the Tranny lets out a chirp/squeal.
