ok, when i bought this car the fan was wired to come on all the time!!... so i bought a manual switch to turn them on and off... the fuse now keeps blowing up to 25 amps now why is this happening???/.....1985 Z2 305 with one fan only!!......john

Did it ever work w/o blowing the fuse after you put the switch in? If it did work for a while my guess is the fan motor is bad.

the fan works ok... took out the fuse and seems to ok now??..... so far!
