My Baer rear Touring brakes arrived today UPS style. Whoohoo ! I got them to fit a Moser 9" Ford rear, 12" x .81" discs. They will fit in 15 inch camaro wheels, and my 16" ones. Actually, when I save enough money to do the front, I'm going to buy the 13" size, they will fit the 16" wheels after the cooling fins are slightly reduced on the calipers (~.050 more clearence needed to give it good breathing room)

Maybe I'll write something up as to how this rear end and brake swap goes. I have lots of toys to play with here, 31 spline axles, detroit locker, any gear ratio I want (yeah, nice to have a dad with a 9" in his mustang...) I'm thinking 4.86:1 for starters then maybe lower if that isn't enough.... muhahahahah

Anyone want to bet it will pull the tires with the 3.27 1st gear and 4.86's ? I'll put up a picture if it does.

Anyway, the only drivetrain I have left that is stock is the driveshaft. Anyone have any problems with driveshafts? How much can they take?
you need suspension mods (ie springs) to pull em off the ground

if you are making the power to do that, id get a aftermarket one... the stock ones, break.
