I just replaced my engine and it runs ok but now i have no wipers on the low speed and they only move about 8 inches on the high speed. do these run off of a vaccume and i missed a vaccume line, or is it power and does any body have any idea whats going on. havent really played with it yet because i just discovered it and its 12:00, and im headed to bed.
