What is the best type of subframe connectors, bolt on or weld on. how much are they on average and how much will instillation cost. any info would be appreciated.

Best type...weld on
Anywhere from $100-$300
Installation is usually around $100-150
I recommend the type that has a brace tying into the transmission mount area like Steve ?Spohn or KennyBrown. Mine are Kenny Brown and cost about $250. I love the hell out of them. They were probably the best suspension mod that ive done. I had my dad weld them on, so it didnt cost me anything. They bolted up at the rear on the front lower control arm bolts. I would suggest asking around locally and find out who can weld them. check with an exhaust shop or performance shop. they should atleast be able to point you in the right direction

Definately go with the weld on ones. Summit sells SSM subframe connectors for around $150 if i remember right.
