Need help with TPS

I need to adjust my IAC and TPS.
Which should be adjusted first? Or does it matter? Also when you use the meter to set the tps at .54 (.054) (cant remember which it is but I have it in my manaul) What setting do you use on the meter ? I have a little digital pocket meter which has AC DC CHECK K and CONT .... which setting do I use?

Doesn't matter which you do first.

For the TPS use DC volts.

You should adj the IAC first, if you do the TPS first and then do IAC you will change the TPS setting as you open or close the throttle to get the 450 rpms.
