I have an 87 Iroc with the 305 tpi set up. I'm getting about 16.8 mpg around the city. thats without a tune up in the past year and a half or so. i dont think thats too bad considering my 6 banger gets less the that. It had been in storage for last winter and i bought it in september. seing how it isnt my winter beater i didnt do a tune up. waiting for the spring. any ways its only got 54,000 on it and i was wondering if anybody knows what the mpg were from the factory. both city and highway. thanks

I wish I knew the official numbers but my '88 T/A gets right at about 17 mpg.

My car has 180,000 miles, has a good tune up and doesn't go into winter storage.

Damn you guys.. I get 13 on my '86 TPI..
So far, I have changed 6 injectors, cap, rotor, coil, plug wires, and plugs. And still I have this stumble and horrible gas milage.

I get like 9-10 mpg normal driving or about 120 miles on a full 13 gallon tank. When I drive home to cleveland, it's 145 miles, so that plus some around town driving I get 200 on a full tank. Problem is that I need my carb rebuilt or a new one put on. My check engine light comes on and coded for fuel economy. My car has almost 100k on it(99735 or something). My normal driving usually consists of flooring it mostly.

My car is a '86 Camaro SC with LG4 engine.

Well I got about 16 on my last tank. I got a '69 rebuilt 350 with a dialed in HEI and Edelbrock 600 carb. And yes it's usually on the floor messin with the grocery getters tryin to race.

Lookin to add TPI to it and see what I can pull.

I just got back from my trip. I got almost 20 MPG. it was mostly highway, but it was hilly. i did around 70-80 the whole way. i was pretty happy with those results. cant complain too much.
