RPO code F41?

I just used an RPO decoder and I found out that code F41 was a firm ride suspension. Does anyone know what parts and/or options this package has?

Im gonna guess its a spring about like the Z28 spring for that year

That was the optional suspension upgrade on the base model cars from 82-84, it became standard equipment in '85.
