convert to manual steering

I was just wondering how much of an ordeal it is gonna be.
And what years S-10 and S-15's steering boxes were compatable?

Dont know the end year, sorry. Make sure you grab the pitman arm with it, you'll need it to make the steering box a true bolt in.

I thought the pittman arms were different and that i would need to use the one from the bird?

You may be right, I'll look that up tonight. Im was going by memory based upon a book I read/scanned over a year ago. In the book I remember it specifically mentioned the pitman arm being key to the swap. If I am wrong, I apologize for being misleading. It wont be the first time my memory has been faulty. I rembered the year since one of my friends had a pos S10 in high school with a manual box.
