um don't want to interupt, but down here in phoenix, verts are selling for a lot. like my buddy just sold his vert that was in ok condition for 4k. so verts will always be high price. do not go on book value. ever since that guy at the b-j auction bought that 3rd gen for 30k +. 3rd gens are selling for more than book value.
