Smog Pump....

Ok I have 91' Camaro I have changed the exhaust manifolds out and put shorty headers. I also removed the Smog pump which was gonna be useless anyways because I want be running a cat. My question is this. There are 2 plugs that went into the Smog pump box. What do I need to do with them. I have no check engine light or anything but I seem to notice that the radiator fan doesn't seem to come on. Or maybe it's just the loud exhaust lol. But are those two connectors by any chance tied into anything important and if so what should I do. Thanks
