need help with rear end selection

I have a 1988 trans am gta and I am putting a pontiac 400 and turbo 400 trans in the car and was wondering about rear end choices that can handle 500 bhp. I also dont want to have to spend 2 grand for a new performance rear end I am kind of on a budget now.

it'll take a high performance rear end to handle that kind of power, such as a moser or comparable rear end
