well, the verdict is in. the truck is dead as of 9:45 this morning. i'm borrowing some money from my dad to put a transmission in the van, and selling off some parts from the camaro.

dwane, details? if i can't find a vehicle locally, then i'd like to know more about said beretta. that would really get me out of a jam. thanks a ton man.

Well its a great car to go back and forth to work. But unfortunately the top hinge of the pass door is broke now and I wont sell it bc its not worth it. Has a flowmaster on it though,LOL. Prob worth more than the car now. Damn I hate when shit happens to cars. Sorry wish I could help you out but I wont sell junk to anyone. Hope you get back on the road w the van.

ll, i've had this truck for almost 5 years... it has served me reliably until this winter. it started knocking last week, and the oil level was fine. it scattered on me thursday morning on my way to work. it got me to work, and got me $100 from my boss towards fixing my van. i paid $350 for it back in 2002. it owes em nothing :)

i'm going to berea monday and getting a transmission for my van. $450 for a trans with 44k miles and a 1 year parts and labor warranty. plus, there's no core so i have a trans to build and re-sell later on, or keep for some other use.

dwane, gimme more details about it, how quick are you in wanting to sell it? i'll buy it if you'd be willing to hang on to it for me for a coupla weeks.

let me know for sure. $200 sounds good to me, but i gotta fix my van first.

 want a posi unit for a 10bolt and richmond 3.73 gears? posi unit is a torsen unit for 28 spline axles. it's a thought.
