With the install of a new motor, headers, and all the other goodies coming this way, i am going to need a custom y-pipe made up to go around the new spohn crossmember/driveshaft loop, and torque arm. Also a new intermediate pipe back to the flowmaster muffler. the only problem is being that there is no cat on the car most shops will not do it due to EPA regulations/certifications. I need to get this exhaust done once the motor is finished up, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since I am not originally from this area, I figured you guys would know.
Thanks in advance

Josh, yes they do.
Matt, stainless works is a complete rip off not to mention a huge ass wait. Before I saw Joels work stainless works was quoting me 4 months. In all honesty Joels' work looks 10X's better. PLus all the steeel Joel buys from SW

i've never seen anything but great quality from SW. didn't know about the waiting period though, i imagine it's because they have alot of business. seen the new custom LT headers for 3rd gens that hawks is selling? SW makes them, but i don't think those headers are designed very good.

Oh I agree SW stuff is nice, but when I told them I had a thirdgen that needed a Y pipe redone. They were like Does it have an LS1 in it? If not we aint doing it ( They didnt really say that but I got that image that they were not about to work on a "turdgen car in their shop" ) Plus the guy was cocky on the phone. Never again. Joel will always get my business. He hooked us up on 16 T-Bolt clamps for erins intercooler setup too.

i've never really dealt with them before. i know i talked to whoever was posting for them on a few websites, seemed like a nice person. they said for me to stop in anytime and they'd show me around the shop and show me some products. i've went past their shop a bunch of times, never stopped in though.
joel is a nice guy, rick always seemed pretty nice to. me and leo never really got along much though. i imagine he didn't like me because i send people to jamie to get tuned, instead of GMR when they were open.

Are you running long tubes? I have a y pipe around here you may be able to use to at least drive it. And SW is a bunch of hillbillies anyways. Yes Joel does awesome work and uses their piping too. Another thumbs up 4 my buddy Joel. Yes Leo is a DOUCHEBAG!!!!!!!!!!!

Allen from SW is a cool guy. They do cater to "NEW" stuff just like anywhere else. Its getting hard to find someone who does LOTS of 3rdgen stuff.
I have a guy down here thats a litttle shop "KROMER CRAFT" who will take on anykinda header project. Price reflects the quality of his work. Buts it well worth it.
