If you didn't already know, you DO have permissions to delete threads, so when we get these spams just kill them.

I will do the same if I catch them before you.

Members: Nothing I can really do about it to permanently fix it. I know I promised that I wouldn't allow anybody to delete threads from 3GO (ala TGO), but I think we can make an exception for this junk. :)

Naw. It's to much of a PITA to setup.

vB doesn't have any way to setup a challenge-response except for the built-in one.

How about just having me manually accept of deny peoples registrations.. I'll email them and ask them questions to verify they're real. :)

or you could slap some anti-bot mods onto the site... i have a few good ones, but they're all phpbb based.. not vbull....
