NEED SOME HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS!!!

I HAVE A 90 CAMARO RS WITH A 305 TBI ENGINE THAT HAVE HAS BEEN REBIULT AND BORED OUT A BIT...I DUNNO HOW MUCH THOUGH...WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS IF I SHOULD STICK WITH THE SAME ENGINE AND JUST MODIFY IT HYPO STYLE OR SHOULD I SWAP THE ENGINE WITH A 383 STROKER...AND IF I SHOULD STICK WITH THE 305 WHAT KIND OF MODS DO U GUYS SUGGEST???

umm, how much power do you want? most 305's run 14's,, ones with some money dumped in them run 13's and ones that people actually know what the fuck they are doing run in the 12's..

If you want a driveable car and want to go fatser than 13's a 305 isn't for you...

A nice Ramjet, Stealth Ram, LT1 setup on a 350/383 would be much more appropriate.. if your doing street racing or drive fast I would definitely put in suspension, brakes and subframe connectors..

God, this pains me so damn much...cooterpenis has a good point. What YOU want is how to choose. Do you want an 11 sec. car that gets 2 gallons/mile, one that gets 20 miles/gal and runs low 14's-high 13's, or a nice setup in between?

well i dont really care about gas...im more worried bout the power...i dont think the 305 and i agree that i think i should swap the engine...but there is alot of work that modifying the 305 could bring some real power so i was just open for some good suggestions...

If you want power it is alot easier to get power out of a 350 than it is a 305. If you want to throw away money you can make half-assed power out of a 305, with the same money you could build a pretty nice 350.
