hello everyone.
88 IROC Z, 350 TPI, bla bla. anyway, when I try to manually downshift the tranny the car wont engine brake at all. I've tried all differant speeds, the try to go down a steep hill in 1st test, and the car just settles into idle and coasts until the go pedal is pushed. I've only had the car about a month. if the tranny is bad, I've got another one out of a 90 astro van.
any input is appreciated.
