I setup about two dozen of these systems for my clients. Much better pricing than Vonage and Verizon's VoIP.
For people that strictly use their cell phones this obviously isn't for you, but great for businesses or if you know anybody that wants unlimited calls to the US, Canadia, and a few other places.
