I have a 1990 conv camaro but i cant seem to get to good of a sound. Im thinking about gettin rid of the 4x6 in the front and take my 6 1/2 from the rear and putting them in the front door panels with some tweets in the side. then some 6x9 on the rear and a 10'' kicker L7 in the back. i dunno, what suggestions can you give me.

dude. Does anybody fucking read the sticky's?
I'm not trying to be an ass, it's just very frustrating to answer the same questions over and over and over and over...

About the sub though...because you don't have a "roof" persay you'll def. want a rear mounted box (towords the trunk) so that the bass has a point to reverberate off of. Unless you build an upfiring box with a loadboard...you could face the vent towards the front of the car and still expect decent sound. With kicker, I'd advise against it. I had 2 12" and wasn't impressed enough to continue past the second competition of the season with them. It's not that they don't hit hard or produce, but they Type R (hell, even a JL W7) just sounds better in my opinion.
