I make "aftermarket" fiberglass oem style bike fairings for sportbikes, and was thinking about going a bit bigger. As in 1 piece formula, trans am and camaro bolt on front end kits. Hinged vette style, hi quality prelayed gel coat, with hand-layed glass sanded and prepped for paint from the box, with mounting hardware and instructions at an affordable price. (not determined yet) I want to know if people out there are interested in this. IS there a market? If so, and I get good replies on this post, I WILL produce them, my car being the first one to come, which will be where all the pictures and etc will come from before I start selling. I do my work with a professional glasser that builds 28' glass model-a coupes. Quality is SUPERB. What do you guys think, please, everyone post here. -Colt

I already have a fiberglass cowl induction hood, I'd be interested in fiberglass fenders, if reasonably priced.

its a cool idea but...

the difference between the number of people that say they want one, and who can come up with the cash will be more than huge.

YOu might get 1-3 people out of 20 interested who can actually spend the money.

he's right, follow a good rule......... make one less than you know you can sell. If anything contact yearone and classic industries see if they will sell them if you get company backing you will sell more than expected.

Not a bad idea, also, a good friend of mine is urging me to do fiberglass fenders as well as hoods, this MAY me much more effective in terms of easy, and getting the same WEIGHT effect, but not as visual as tilting your hood forward. If I start doing hoods, I'm going to take a poll on some designs based on 1st and 2nd gen styling, and maybe some custom stuff. -Colt
