Just installed superram on my 91 z28 and used the stock throttle bracket. The TV cable kinks up a bit, but it still moves freely. The problem is i cannot seem to get the tv cable adjusted correctly. So i replaced it, but still it shifts late, if it shifts at all. ( like 3800-4000rpm) So i made my own bracket to take the tension off the tv cable rubbing against the runner. That allowed me to shift 1-2 smoothly but not shift to 3rd untill about 3600rpm. My car has been down for three weeks because of other problems with the intake swap. My 700r4 shifted fine untill i switched intakes.

Any ideas?

dont run that car for very long with out a properly adjusted tv cable. you WILL burn up that transmission.

I have only ran it a couple times down the street while trying to adjust the tv cable.

9 out of 10 times if its shifting late then u need to bump the presure up. pump pressure too high is far better then too low, too low will burn the tranny up quicker then when i got the runs! also on the superram be sure you run the cables underneath the planum, i would guess run outside they could get into a bind and delay shifting, i ran my underneath and never had the problems.
