I needed an example of a place that would ask/has a forum for car info :raz:

And, I was referring to a Camaro in it since I have 2 and its easier than using another car and pretending I owned them for an example.

But, the "question" I was "responding" to was somewhat made up - based on a car I dealt with a few years ago at my dad's shop.

As Americans, we need to stay here in America and work things out, because regardless of what color or hue of state we live in, we are all, deep down inside our undershorts, Americans. And as Americans, we must ask ourselves: Are we really so different? Must we stereotype those who disagree with us? Do we truly believe that ALL red-state residents are ignorant racist fascist knuckle-dragging NASCAR-obsessed cousin-marrying roadkill-eating tobacco-juice-dribbling gun-fondling religious fanatic rednecks; or that ALL blue-state residents are godless unpatriotic pierced-nose Volvo-driving France-loving left-wing communist latte-sucking tofu-chomping holistic-wacko neurotic vegan weenie perverts?

How to Build Max Performance Chevy Small Blocks on a Budget

SYNOPSIS
Vizard, a highly regarded engine builder and technical writer, turns his attention to the ins and outs of building serious horsepower small block Chevy engines on a budget (would you believe 600 horsepower for about $3,000?) Included are details of factory part numbers, easy-to-do-yourself cylinder head modifications, and inexpensive but effective aftermarket parts. For high performance car enthusiasts.

Sounds good to me

Eh, I dont think $3k is necessaryfor you to get the performance that you're lookin for, after all the bolt-ons and such. Besides, the saying goes: "horespower is nice, but Torque moves the car"

I'm talkin just building one, so I've got no idea how much it costs. I know it wasnt cheap when we built the 350 for the Corvette, but the guy wanted all these original parts & shit.

They screwed me over when I moved here ...

I took Algebra I in 8th grade because they put me in it, saying I was cut out for it, then kept me 1 step ahead every year. They told me it didnt count so I had to take an extra math this year, so I had one each semester. They wouldnt let me take Auto Tech, and told me I had the options of like my basic required classes (English 4, a history, a science) and then either an extra history-type class (I chose 3 diff ones and she's like "sorry, full, we're too crowded here."), so I gave up with that and she tried sticking me in Horticulture.

She forgot about the extra math I needed to take, so that booted horticulture out. Now the only elective I have this semester is Creative Writing. Last semester the two electives were basically forced on me - JROTC, and gym.

:( And people wonder why I hate this place.
