I finally called the district manager and emphasised my spending history (total B.S., I don't buy shit there) and reminded him of the Explorer/Firestone incident with tires coming apart, and since I do a lot of highway driving, that it was likely to happen. After about half an hour on the phone he gave in and said to give me two new tire. I spent from around 2:30pm until 6:45 pm at Pep Boys yesterday, but I got two free tires and a free oil change for my trouble. (I'm not going to edit, figure it out on your own)
