Georgia has beautiful beaches, tybee and Jeckyll Islands in particular. It has beautiful Mountains and state parks such as Raven Cliffs and Fort Mountain. It has vast amounts of plains across the southern portion (were I growed up). It has (knock on wood) very few major natural disaster such as tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes or volcanos. I truely believe Georgia has the best Balance of all the states, and It's all within 4 hours from the mountains to the beaches. (Atlanta is a shithole cesspool, we'll leave that out)

Nebraska..... AHHHhhhhh the vast open plains filled with all types of prairie grasses bordered by feilds of corn, wheat and beans all gently swaying in the breeze under the nice warm sun. We have alot of gentel creeks and rivers that flow through here, we have just as many veriations in the landscape too sandhills, vallies, plains, bluffs and desert areas all beutifull. We have some of the best hunting in the country deer, turkey, pheasant, quail, dove, geese, elk, pronghorn antelope, grouse and more. We have great fishing in many lakes and rivers. The mountains are an 8 hour drive from lincoln and as for beaches you can catch them next to the closet lake or river where you'll see me either fishing or tubing. The climate isn't that bad here either, we have some hot summers with high humidity and some blizzards from time to time but that variation is what makes Nebraska Great. We do has a top caliber university and many other fine attributes. Most people who leave come back because they love it here. I'd put the quality of our residents up against any in the country.
