Does it only do it at full throttle, or even when just cruising along?
For one thing, you shouldn't be driving the car hard until the engine is at full operating temp anyways.
A common problem is the coolant temp sensor on the passenger side of the engine block, or it could be that the O2 sensor isn't reading properly until fully warmed up.
Do you have a check engine light?

only heavy throttle doesnt have to exactly be full by heavy.the cts is not only 6 months old i put a new one in when i swap manifolds.it could be the o2 because i have long tubes with a factory one wire o2.but it use to do it before also with stock headers and a good o2.so it confusing

What intake manifold? What other mods? Mine bogs when cold too, I'm pretty positive its because I have the Holley TBI intake on there with a big plenum and it just needs to be hot.

i have an lt1 cam an edelbrock dual plane performer series with a holley tbi adapter and then the stock tbi on top ohh and long tubes

That's your problem, you gotta get that chip tuned in. It's going to run a lot shittier than it should without the tuning. You probably don't have enough pump shot when you get into the throttle and probably not enough timing down low either. To give a couple things. Mine bogged pretty bad in the cold wiht just an intake and headers, no cam. Had to ramp in the timing faster, little more initial advance, and a lot more pumpshot cause mine was pinging when I stepped into the throttle too.

That would be my fist suggestion. get a new chip.

i do have a custom chip on the car.thats was made by logging data from the ecm

Probably not good enough. Some things you just have to do yourself

Do you have a check engine light? The temp sensor on the passenger side head is for the secondary fan, if he has a dual fan set up. If he's running a TPI, the CTS for the ECM is located near the inlet from the radiator on the intake.
