Will getting an adjustable fuel pressure regulator allow me to increase fuel pressure like if i take it to the strip but still allow me to switch it back when i am done so I dont get terrible gas mileage. Will it give me more horsepower and what all is invovled in putting one in? I would appreciate any info you guys can give on this subject.

yes you can change you pressure up or down with an adjustable pressure regulator. that is why it is adjustable. you might beable to get a little more power out of it. but i wouldn't expect a ton of extra power. what are you putting it on

according to jegs there are a few different ones avaible for tpi. they all mount differentlly. they tpis and crane cams ones look like you have to take off eaither the plenuem on the runners. not sure on witch one but i am sure there will be some documention on what you need to do. i am not all that knowable with tpi. my RS has tbi so i am more knowlable with that. they say they add about 15 horse and 9 ft lbs of torque. like i said before not a ton of difference.

You can pick up some serious HP on a GTA w/ intake/exhaust if you up the FP.

yeah i was thinking about getting a cold air intake, but dont want to put out like 250 for one form slp. I know you can make your own, i have seen a couple of tech articles on tgo, but those all have different intakes then mine. OH and i have a airfoil coming should have it by friday. Is it a good idea to get the pleanum or whatever it is called ported, i have heard it is good but somewhere i read said they really didnt notice a real difference.
I would appreciate any info you guys have on this subject.
Thanks
Jason

I have an article detailing a TPI buildup. Maybe I'll find it one of these days.
