Well Its that time. I need a Head Count for everyone who is in for


DAVE & Busters in Cleveland on FEB. 26th.

How does6pm Sound for Everyone?

90% of everyone this time will be form the Cleveland area this time. Last time as You know it was at Jillians by me and a few of you drove this way. Well this time Were headed your way.

(AGE is because of the Age requirements at D&Bs) I think everyone Under 21 has to be with someone who is of age.

Also, as far as the age thing goes. If you are under 21 you need to be with someone who is at least 25. Thats the policy they have. And one 25 year old can be "responsible" for up to 4 people.

I dont know if you should include us for dinner. That Saturday is a wrok day for Erin meaning she may get out at 5, 8, or even 11. So for us it'll be hit of miss on the dinner part but we will come up when she gets off.

I was just looking around on their web site and noticed something that could be a possible problem. Under the age limit policy. It says the person who is 25 must be a parent or guardian. Im not sure how strict this is enforced though, if at all.

yeah, ive got the email at home. Ill send it to you tonight. One thing is with that many people we wont all get a table together. Plus they might force us all to pay on one bill depending on how many we sit together. Just something else to consider.

Chris, heres the email of the event planner over at D&B. She handles all types of parties and such. Maybe she can help out. I dont want to email her from work though.

Just got off the phone with them again. Heres the story.

They dont have any open rooms availible that day. But they do have one that is pending, so if they dont get a deposit from these people by tomorrow we could have the area. So here are their terms.

If 20+ people come they require you to rent out an area.

They also require you to choose from their buffet menu and we would eat buffet style starting at $14.95 per person.

A $200 deposit is required at time of reservation.

And the rental of the area is $40 per hour.


So honestly it might just be better if we just get a few tables near eachother and eat that way. It doesnt look like reserving an area is the best way to go for us.

Also, they do not take dinner reservations. But they do take call ahead seating 1 hour before you arrive. So that will probably be our best bet. And if a table has 8 or more people that automatically add 18% gratuity. But seperate checks is not a problem regardless of table size.

Remember Erin and I wont probebly be eating. Probebly just showing up late for games and a few drinks. So dont count us in if you call for reserving the call ahead seating.

Since some are not going to make the dinner we will need to figure out exactly who will be eating. Id say about a week before we should take a final head count for dinner only. Then we can figure out a plan to meet up and call ahead for our seating.
