It is possible. You will have to take off the spring shock and torque arm mounts and put them on the 12 bolt. But before you do that make sure that they are the same width. you would have to get different wheels because if I rember corretly that rear will have 6 lugs instead of 5. or you could do some fabracation and mount the rear in with the leaf springs. that would save you on welding and cutting. or better but not cheaper get an moser 12 bolt for the car and it would be a bolt in part.

I'm broke, so it would be a while before i could get a moser, anyways, it probly is not the stock rear end on that truck, it is a 5 lug, and has 15 inch centerline rims on it. If it does measure up, would the spring mounts and torque arm bolt up? or would there have to be some welding there? thanx for the reply

Grinding & Welding.

Its a decent project. And if you dont get them perfectly lined up, your car will drive sideways!!

that would be your best bet. i know a kid that put a 12 bolt under his 89 rs. but he converted his car to leaf springs. from what he said it wasn't really that hard to do it was just time consuming. also the moser would be a lot stronger than the 12 bolt would be.
