As life generally goes, cars (as a hobby) are expensive. So I can have a little peace of mind, what do you all do for a living?? And how much do you all invest in your cars monthly??

Im Engineering Support. But when i had my iroc i didnt really put money into it monthly. It was mostly during the winter that all my work was done. Id say over the 4 or 5 year period that i had the car i probably dropped about 9k or so into it.
But right now the car hobby is on hold until after our wedding and until we get a house. Those 2 things are taking top priority right now. Once thats done though ill be picking up another 3rdgen shell and starting from scratch.

degree yes. As with Josh Ive been dumping more $$ into being a home owner and my weding last year.
In no rush to get my car done anymore. Rather dump money into this house and make a 2x profit when I sell it.

I have a Degree in marketing, minor in Econ and also African American History. I work as bank branch manager. I have probebly dumped 6G into the motor, about 1600 for brakes, 1G for suspension and 1G for interior. Also purchased the car for 4800 bucks.

Assisant Supervisor of Operations
I'm the 2nd shift CNC machine tech support, amongst other secondary supervisory requirements.
I haven't spent a dime on any of my own vehicles in quite some time (although I bought the Mazda last year) but I did put money into the 96 GT I gave to my dad.
I'll be putting some money into the RX-8 this year (simple things like wheels/tires, exhause, intake, suspension), as well as getting my IROC going again. Not much money needed for the IROC, however.
