head unit size

Just bought an 88 gta ws6! I want to know what are the stock speaker size and head unit size for this car? Also has anyone ever bought or dealt with sound-domain? I'll looking for a factory fitting head-unit

Double DIN head unit, Pioneer, JVC, or apapter. 2 4x6" speakers in dash and 2 6x9" speakers in the sail panels behind your head. Never heard of sound domain.

i think its actually a din and a half. i got an alpine , ive seen a pioneer. in fact i dont think they make the alpine anymore, try a used one from ebay. its definatly better then the pioneer.

It is a din and a half. Pioneer makes an exceptional unit, Alpine is far superior however. The kit for these cars can be purchased just about everywhere and with a little modification you can go from a 1.5 din to a single din unit. Make sure if you purchase this kit it's the flush mount one though! The others stick out quite a ways and look terrible (in my opinion)
