MO front license plate?

I have a RS and am installing a Z28 grill with the red bowtie and also foglights. I don't want to cover up the bowtie on the grill. In MO, do I need the front license plate? If so, can I just put it on the dash?

yes you need a front plate. yes we hate the law.
no you can't put it in your window and be 100% legal.


we almost had this law killed recently too :(
