gta rims

ok over the weekend pick up some gta rims. The guy said they used to be gold rims and somebody paint them to black gta rims. So i took paint thinner to get the black off did not work well. So somebody help me!

Try aircraft paint stripper. Avalible at walmart or any auto parts store.
