I have looked and looked for a fan switch and found none! After further research I was told to invest in a Hypertech THERMOMASTER Chip and a 160* thermostat. My fan was turning on at near 240* The Chip kicks it on a 160*. All I wanted to do was get the car to run cooler but as a bonus the car has some more balls now when I drop the pedal other then that the car runs normal but cooler. I did notice a loss of a few mpg though. The chip cost me $149 at AutoZone $16 fot the thermostat, but hypertech says you can run a 180* Stat also with this chip but recomends the 160*.

you could always go w/an aftermarket fan switch. I have one that turns on at 170 & off at 190 IIRC.

if you wanted you could also hook up a toggle switch to your relay and battery w/ a small fuse and run it manually that way if you lived in hot weather or had aluminum heads and needed to keep the temp. down below 220 constantly without the fan turning off instead of an aftermarket fan switch such as the hypertech one. The fan switch and thermostat options for really cool temps like 160 aren't exactly the best operating temp for the motor as it would run a bit rich at those temps. Optimal is 180-220 deg. fahr.
