police impound auctions

i'm looking for a dirtbike, and from what I understand, the Baltimore City PD confiscates tons of bikes and 4wheelers from homies on the streets. Does anyone know how I can find out where/when the auctions are where they auction off all of the impounded vehicles?

Call Baltimore PD. They should have the info, unless they contract an impound. Being a large city, they probably have their own, but if it's contract, they'll be able to point you to who to call.
