taking polygraph tomorrow

I have a polygraph tomorrow for the county sheriffs office. any suggestions to give me, maybe help me stay calm or to relax.

Ok I took the test. the actual polygraph didnt last but like 5 minutes. It was the pre test interview that took forever. At the end of the test we kind of talked about somethings. A few of my answers he said were odd. The three were, drugs, employment, and debt. I admited to trying marijuana in high school, I have never been fired from a job, and I do have debt and I told him to who and how much. But at the end one of the last questions was "Are you lying or have you lied about any of the information asked today" I said No. So if the last question passed, why did the other three get flagged?
